Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout East Anglia.
How much is delivery and collection?
Let us know your venue and we will calculate your charge.
What is your minimum order value?
£200 - before delivery charge & VAT.
If you collect from our showroom, a minimum order value of £100 before VAT applies.
How long is the hire period?
3 days - but this is flexible.
Can I collect my order?
Yes - between 09.00 and 16.30 Monday to Friday.
Do I need to wash the table linen?
No - the hire charge includes the cost of laundering.
Do you provide a washing-up service?
Yes, 9p per item, excluding catering equipment which is 10% of the hire charge.
What happens if I break, damage or lose an item?
You will be charged a replacement cost, which is detailed on your quote and booking form.
Can I visit your showroom to view the items I wish to hire?
Yes, we welcome your visit, please call us to make an appointment.
